Returns and Refund Policy
We can certainly accept a return if the part is unused and is returned in its original packaging. Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intent to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued, once we have received the item back in an unused condition, and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging. The above does not apply to special order items.
We will process the return and refund once we receive it and inspect it. Refunds usually take about 3-5 days to be processed. Please return the part to the following address:

When returning your order, please ensure you pack it carefully, include a note of your order number and name and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery. Note the item must be received back to us within 14 days of their return request being approved, or it will not be accepted.
Important: Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery. We advise double-checking all details before placing a special order to avoid any issues.
